Coconut - 2 cups (200 grams) (grated)
Powdered sugar / boora - 1.5 cup
Mawa - 1 cup
Cashew and Almonds - ½ cup
Chironji - 1 tbsp
Cardamom - 5 to 6 (crushed)
Cut cashews and almonds into small pieces.
Heat the pan and put mawa in it. Stir the mawa continuously on medium flame and fry it till it becomes light brown. After this, let the mawa cool slightly.
When the roasted mawa is less hot then add boora and mix it well. After this, except a little coconut, add all the grated coconut, almonds, cashew, chironji and cardamom powder. Mix the mixture well.
Make little round ladoos by pressing a little mixture in your hand, wrap it in coconut powder and put it on a plate. Make ladoos of the same size from the entire mixture and put it on a plate.
Coconut laddus are ready. You can eat coconut ladoos in an air tight container and eat them for 10-12 days.
