Recipe Ingredients

1 tbs rice cooked in one and half cup of water 

1/2 Clove garlic

A touch of ginger 

some green part of onion 

1 or 2 mushrooms ( cut into slices )

1/2 chili

1 egg

coriander 

Moong Sprouts 

oil

salt

1/2 tsp rosted peanuts
 

Method:

In a pan add few drops of oil.
- Fry ginger, garlic and onion greens.
- Add mushrooms, salt and chili.
- Cook them well.
-Add boiled rice with water. And bring it to boil.
- Add 1 beaten egg and mix it well.
- Remove from the heat and top it up with mung sprouts, coriander and rosted peanuts.  
- Serve it hot.
