Recipe Chocolate Balls by Chef Meghna

Ingredients :-

  • 1/2 kg chocolate cake (chocolate sponge cake)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 tbs butter
  • some colourful sprinkles
  • some lollipop stick

Method :-

  • in a large bowl crumble the cake. it should look like bread crumbs.
  • add chocolate ganache in to the cake crumbs
  • mix it well till u can make smooth ball
  • keep the chocolate balls in to the fridge for half n hour.
  • melt the dark chocolate on double boiler or microwave till chocolate gets melt.
  • dip lollipop stick in the malted chocolate n then press in the chocolate balls.
  • deep each chocolate balls in the melted chocolate . cote them well
  • sprinkle some colourful sprinkler on top of the ball.
  • refrigerate chocolate balls for half an hour.
  • ready to eat.
