- 1/2 kg chocolate cake (chocolate sponge cake)
- 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- 1 tbs butter
- some colourful sprinkles
- some lollipop stick
- in a large bowl crumble the cake. it should look like bread crumbs.
- add chocolate ganache in to the cake crumbs
- mix it well till u can make smooth ball
- keep the chocolate balls in to the fridge for half n hour.
- melt the dark chocolate on double boiler or microwave till chocolate gets melt.
- dip lollipop stick in the malted chocolate n then press in the chocolate balls.
- deep each chocolate balls in the melted chocolate . cote them well
- sprinkle some colourful sprinkler on top of the ball.
- refrigerate chocolate balls for half an hour.
- ready to eat.
