2 Boiled & Mashed potatoes
Salt to taste
1 small chopped onion
Oil for deep fry
2 Green chilli
2 tbs Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Aam-chur Powder (Dry Mango Powder)
1 cup Besan (Gram Flour)
Chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Ajwain (Carom seeds)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Soda (optional)
1/3rd cup of cold water 
Bread slices
Green Chutney (Recipe video published already on my channel)
Chaat Masala

Method :-

1.Take boiled and mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl.Add salt to taste.Add chopped onion.
2.Keep oil on medium heat to fry bread pakoda.Add chopped green chilli.Add Aam-Chur Powder (Dry Mango Powder
3.Add chopped coriander leaves.Mix it well.In a separate bowl, take Besan.Add Chilli powder to taste
4.Add Ajwain (Carom seeds).Add Salt.Add Soda to get crispy texture (Optional)
5.Add water to make smooth batter;Mix it well

6.Take Bread slices.Apply Green Chutney.Add potato stuffing
7.Cover the bread slice with another slice to make a sandwich
8.Cut into 4 triangles.Dip it into Besan batterAnd dip fry till Golden Brown Colour

9.Take it out of the frying pan.Sprinkle Chaat Masala on top
10.Serve it with Tomato Ketchup & Green Chutney
