How to make Hummus - Chef Meghna

Ingredients :-

  • 1 cup chick peas boiled (over cooked)
  • 2 tbs tahini past
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp chilli flacks or green chilli
  • salt to test

For Salad :-

  • 1 small cucumber finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 1 spring onion finely chopped
  • 3 to 4 olives finely chopped
  • some coriander

For Garnish :-

  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • Some chilli flacks
  • Pita bread or lavash

Method :-

  • Put chickpeas,tahini,lemon juice,garlic,olive oil,chilli and salt in to the blender.
  • Bland it till u get nice smooth pest.(if require add some water.)
  • Take the pest out in a bowl.
  • Place the salad in the centre.
  • Drizzle olive oil on top.
  • Sprinkle some chilli flakes also on top.
  • Serve Hummus with lavash or pita bread.
